Mick Casey continued his successful performances, winning his age group at the Ponteland Sprint Tri on Sunday, finishing in a time of 1 hour 38 minutes and 52 seconds. Split times of, swim 12:23, bike 48:41 and run 34:01, (he’s first actual run for mouths because of injury).
