Training is at the heart of Aycliffe Tri Club. Our programme is designed to support all abilities — from complete beginners to experienced triathletes — with a friendly, inclusive approach that helps everyone progress at their own pace.
We offer a mix of weekly, monthly and seasonal sessions across swim, bike and run, giving members plenty of opportunities to train, build confidence and enjoy being active together.
