The club plan is managed by our British Triathlon accredited coaches and is designed to be progressive throughout the calendar year. The plan is broken down into blocks with test weeks included to show progression throughout the year. Our coaches manage both the adult and junior sections training plans which is provided by using Training Peaks, which alongside booking sessions on Sportmember will allow members to train to the plan, even if they aren't able to attend a specific session.
For adult members we provide plans for short distance triathlon, long distance triathlon and running events. Speak to one of our coaches to discuss your aspirations for the coming season.

Junior Training Plan
As a junior member of Invictus Triathlon club you will gain access to our fantastic British Triathlon trained coaches and activators. Both the coaches and activators are there to ensure that you can train safely, whilst having lots of fun. The junior run session over the winter period is away from the DW Stadium so we can provide a safe, lit environment for our juniors. The location and details are shared closer to the move for the Autumn / Winter training block.
