Our Kids BJJ program for ages 6 to 12 is designed to help children grow physically, mentally, and emotionally through structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.

At this stage, kids are ready to develop more advanced coordination, focus, and social skills — and Jiu-Jitsu provides the perfect environment to support that growth.


Physical Development

Classes focus on improving:

  • Strength and body control

  • Coordination and balance

  • Agility and mobility

  • Healthy habits through regular activity

Students learn how to move efficiently and safely while building a strong and active body.


Mental & Emotional Growth
