    Venue - DGI Byen

In 2026, we bring the Taido community together from across the Nordic region in the heart of Copenhagen! Nordic Open 2026 will take place at DGI Byen, a vibrant hub where sports, culture, and people meet.

With over one million visitors annually, DGI Byen is known for its modern facilities: Four large sports halls – two with spectator seating – a fitness center, a swimming complex with five pools, and on-site amenities including CPH Hotel, restaurant, and meeting spaces. Everything under one roof to create the perfect setting for both competition and community.

The location couldn’t be better: right across from Copenhagen Central Station, just 10 minutes from the city center and about 20 minutes from Copenhagen Airport via direct train and metro. This makes it easy for participants and spectators from all over the Nordic region to gather and experience Taido at its best.
