The main goal of the club and British Triathlon is to promote inclusivity and introduce children (and adults) to Triathlon and encourage an active and healthy lifestyle, we also try to develop other skills and key values such as sportsmanship, effort, respect, and leadership that they can utilise throughout life, not only in sport.
The Tristars sessions are aimed at 6 – 17 year olds and are great way to get children interested in not only multisport activities but each of the single disciplines as well.
Saturday Tri Specific Sessions

Monday Run Sessions
We host run specific sessions with the aim of improving their running form and increasing their aerobic endurance.
Time: 6pm - 7pm

Swim Sessions
We run swim sessions on an adhoc basis at Olympiad, this is not to teach the children to swim but to make the session Triathlon specific i.e. transition from the pool to the run, we do however ask that the children can swim a minimum of 50m.
During the summer months we host open water swim sessions introducing the Tristars to open water swimming.
