Our triathlon club offers professionally coached swim sessions designed for all abilities from complete beginners to experienced swimmers.
Our qualified coaches provide personalised guidance to help you refine your technique and swim more efficiently. The sessions are structured to not only improve technique but boost your aerobic fitness, preparing you for every triathlon distance.
When: Wednesday 7:45pm.
Where: Olympiad Leisure Centre, Chippenham.
Who: Open to all club members — newcomers welcome!
What to Bring: Swim gear (goggles, cap, etc.), water bottle, and your enthusiasm!
Cost: £7 per session, charged as a monthly block (4–5 sessions per block, subject to the number of Wednesdays in the month). First trial session free.

Whether you're chasing a new PB, building endurance for race season, or just getting started with structured training, our coached running sessions will help you progress with confidence.
Each session is designed to develop speed, strength, and efficiency through a mix of interval training, technique work, and endurance focused efforts. Our coaches and experienced run leads create supportive, progressive sessions suitable for a wide range of abilities, helping you train smarter and stay consistent throughout the season.
When: Tuesday 6pm
Where: Sheldon School Fields (Summer) Birds Marsh View (Winter) Cepen Park (Winter Hills)
Who: Open to all club members — newcomers welcome!
What to Bring: Suitable running kit for the weather, trainers, and a water bottle. Lights for the winter.
