About Us

Henrik has been a triathlete for over 10 years, preferring longer distance events. He came into triathlon from a running background, but is also a keen cyclist, having completed LEJOG in 2021 and Chase The Sun in 2023. Henrik can be contacted directly through [email protected].

Retired in December 2024 after 40 years in IT. Mike ran his first marathon in 2012 and entered his first Triathlon in 2014. Achieved his first GB Age Group participation in 2025. 2026 sees Mike entered in a mixture of Sprint, Standard and T100/Middle distance events.

Paul started his triathlon journey with Tri Team Wessex in 2016, coming into the sport from a cycling and running background - but definitely not a swimmer! Since then he's competed in lots of sprint distance events, moving up to middle distance in 2022. Paul is also a BTF qualified Community Activator. Paul is also currently responsible for the Club's communications and publicity, including managing the website and social media channels.
