The club is organised as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), run by a board of volunteers and is a registered charity in Scotland. All Board members are Trustees of the charity.
The AGM is held in April when all Board positions are elected. The elected Board members will decide on their roles after the AGM, requiring to name a Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Child Protection Officer and Safety Officer. Other non Board members may hold some roles in the club also.
