Leaders / coaches and deployment
The club has a number of coaches leaders and trainees required to work to paddle Scotland deployment rules guidance as
issued by Paddle UK on their training and refresher courses, as well as Child protection / safeguarding guidance from Sport Scotland and Paddle Scotland.
Note some others are qualified but do not wish to appear on the clubs web page, if you wish to check if they are allowed to represent coach and lead for NKC SCIO please email: [email protected] and ask.
Coaches approved to work with Adults and Juniors
Steven Mackinnon –Flat water, River, sea, surf, Open Canoe. SUP, Slalom, WWR, Racing
Mags Duncan – Flat water, River, sea Open Canoe, SUP
Cassie – Flat water kayak / canoe and SUP
Rob Gill – Flat water kayak, river kayak
