Bonjour {{ prénom }} Voici les sujets de cette newsletter dont certains sont très importants: 1/ Horaires pour la saison 22-23 2/ Paiement des cotisations 3/ Création de l'asbl et comité 4/ Letzpickleball à l'étranger 5/ Dates importantes: 1/ Horaires: Les 2 clubs qui nous acceuillent nous ont communiqués les horaires disponibles pour notre activité. A Howald, ce sera tous les mardis de 20h00 à 22h00. A Garisart, ce sera tous les jeudis de 19h00 à 21h00. Dans les 2 cas, il y aura 3 à 4 semaines où nous devrons céder la place à des tournois de tennis. Ces dates seront communiquées ultérieurement 2/ Cotisations: Vous avez reçu une invitation à payer votre cotisation et une 20aine de membre nous ont déjà rejoints. La cotisation est de 240 euros pour 12 mois (ou 2x140 euros). Si vous voulez jouer aux 2 endroits, il nous suffit de nous envoyer un message et vous serez invités à payer un supplément de 60 euros vous donnant accès au 2ème site pendant 12 mois. La réservation de sessions est possible dès que vous avez payé votre cotisation. Pour retrouver votre invitation à payer, allez dans votre profil sur Sportmember. 3/ Création de l'asbl. LetzPickleball est désormais une asbl luxembourgeoise. La création date du 8.8.2022 et le comité se compose de:

4/ LetzPickleball à l'étranger (et au Luxembourg) Ben et Mona ont commencé à jouer dans une cour d'école à Ettelbruck pour aider à promouvoir LetzPickleball (la diffusion du sport passe par l'extension du nombre d'endroits où l'on joue), et en juillet avec Benoit, ont fait 2 démonstration près de la patinoire de Beaufort pour les touristes du camping tout proche. A cette occasion, environ 30 personnes ont pu jouer. 4 membres ont participé au Belgian Pickleball Summer Festival à Wavre avec 90 joueurs et une ambiance très sympa. Mona, Ben et Benoit ont participé au Spanish Open, début septembre. Ce tournoi rassemblait 280 joueurs de 18 nationalités. Notre but était de marquer la présence Luxembourgeoise pour la première fois dans un tournoi européen et nous avons eu la grande chance de voir Benoit gagner une médaille d'or en double mixte (+ de 19 ans, catégorie intermédiaire) avec Lynn Jacobs, une joueuse anglaise. Le prochain tournoi avec la présence de LetzPickleball est en allemagne début octobre avec 6 joueurs incrits. Il est encore temps de vous inscrire.
5/ Dates importantes
Le samedi 24 septembre, le Ministère des Sports organise une journée #beactive à Belval devant le Belval Plaza. 15 sports seront présents, dont le Pickleball. Passez nous voir et jouer quelques balles si vous en avez le temps. C'est de 10h00 à 18h00.
Le vendredi 30 septembre a lieu l'assemblée Générale de la Fédération Luxembourgeoise de tennis. Nous y ferons une démonstration pour les représentants de tous les clubs de tennis Luxembourgeois, en espérant leur donner envie de créer une section Pickleball dans leur club.
Le 10/10/2022 (un lundi) a lieu la journée mondiale du Pickleball. C'est le lendemain du tournoi allemand, mais si vous avez une idée pour marquer cette journée au Luxembourg, n'hésitez pas à nous en parler.
