Many of our members compete in a variety of multisport disciplines: Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquathlon, Aquabike to name just a few!  We hold regular training sessions including a Monday night run and coached swims on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  We have a  dedicated team of coaches who will support and help you to achieve your goals whatever your ability.
