Join the Triathlon Team!

Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned pro, our triathlon team is all about training hard, having fun, and supporting each other along the way. We welcome athletes of all levels and focus on building a strong, inclusive community where everyone can improve and reach their goals.


Weekly Training Sessions:

  • Swim: Tues & Thurs – Focus on technique, speed, and open-water skills.
  • Bike: Wed & Sat – Group rides with a mix of endurance and speed work.
  • Run: Mon & Fri – Interval sessions, long runs, and hill workouts.
  • Brick Workouts: Sun – Bike-to-run sessions to simulate race-day conditions.
  • Strength/Mobility: Optional – Core strength and injury prevention.


Skill Levels:

  • Beginner: New to triathlon? No problem! We’ll help you build your skills at a comfortable pace.
  • Intermediate: Have a few races under your belt? Let’s work on improving your endurance and speed.
  • Advanced: Ready to push your limits? We’ll focus on race-day strategies and fine-tuning your performance.


Team Vibe:

We train hard, but we have fun too! From group races to post-workout hangouts, we’re all about supporting each other and celebrating every success. Come join us and become part of a great team!
