• The different training units are still not allowed to cross each other in locker rooms / in lobbies etc.
• Parents may attend the training seated from the stands, but ONLY following is adhered to the:
You cannot not enter the rink until the children are on the ice. Depending on which zone the children are in, you use the stairs up to the spectator seats. You need to be seated when in the stands. No one should stay in e.g. the club room. As a spectator, you are not allowed to enter the ice rink itself via the doors to the left of the skate rental. As a spectator, you need leave the rink 5 minutes before training is over, so you are out of the red zone when practice is over. You need to exit the same way you came in and it is especially important that this is adhered to, so you do not cross the players when they come of the ice. If this is not respected and parents are still in the zone at the same time as the children, we will have to closed training without parents again. We will appreciate it if all comply to this.
• Snus must not be used by any participants in training or matches - neither players nor coaches.
• Water bottles etc. are strictly for personal use and cannot be shared.
Training and locker room youth teams
We have divided the inside area around the rink into 2 zones, red and blue. This means that you enter your assigned zone and exit through the same assigned zone after training. For example, if you are in the blue zone, then you cannot go into the red zone area and vice versa. Red zone uses the main entrance and blue zone uses the player entrance.
• You cannot enter the rink until 15 minutes before training.
The children are asked to come suited up to the rink, and only putting on skates the assigned.
• Only team managers and selected parents can be in the changing area. The selected people will help the children tie the skates. If you do not have the opportunity to change clothes from home, it must be agreed with a team manager so that the child receives help in the rink if needed. If this is not possible because your child needs to have the support of a parent in the rink, this must be agreed with the team manager.
• Children that trains at Falkereden / U7 can have one person per household to help the child. Coaches and team managers that has children on the team, can bring an extra parent to help the child, this in order for coaches and team managers to ensure the rules are being upheld. When the training begins, and the children are on the ice you can walk to spectator stand by using the stairs by the locker rooms or the stairs next to the multiroom.
This is for so the club to have control over the number of people in the rink, and assure that we do not exceed the maximum allowed number of people.
• You are to leave the rink no later than 15 minutes after training has ended.
• Coaches are welcome to change in the coaches' locker room if you keep the required distance of 1 person per 4 sqm.
• Practice/line jerseys will be handed out at the first on-ice training. The practice/line jersey is to be taken home after training and washed, and brought back to the next training. The training/line jersey will be issued as a personal loan until further notice is given.

Training and locker rooms for the adult teams
For us as a club to be able to comply with the restrictions we have been given, we need everyone to help. If we do not comply with the restrictions, we can be fined, and in the worst case the rink will be closed.
From Monday 26 October, the assembly limitation is set at 10 people, for all sports activities where there are over 21 years old. I.e. that teams where at least one participant is 21 years or older, you may only train 10 people incl. coach. Games and tournaments may not be held with more than 10 participants if at least one person is 21 years or older. This is initially valid until 22 November.
The teams must not cross each other at any time.
• There will only be one adult team training each day. Thus, limiting the risk crossing each other, especially when it comes to moving to and from locker rooms.
• From Thursday 29 October, facemasks must be worn indoors before and after the activity. However, the requirement does not apply to showering, in connection with changing, etc. The facemask must be worn until you reach the locker room.
• Everyone who can, must come suited up for training. The shower facilities may only be used if necessary. They must be sprayed off together with locker rooms / benches after use.
• You must be 20 people for training divided into 2 teams of 10 people. It is the team leader / coach for each team who sets the maximum number when registering for team sports. Coaches are included in these 10 people. The teams must not cross each other.
The locker rooms are divided into 2. This means that the 10 people uses locker rooms 1 & 2 enter through the player entrance (blue zone) The 10 people who uses locker rooms 3 & 4 enter through the main entrance (red zone) In the locker room area, the fire door must be closed in the middle, so that those who are in locker rooms 3 & 4 use the player access to the rink. Those who are in locker rooms 1 & 2 must walk around the small rink on their way to the rink.
• If you have equipment in the cage, it must be retrieved in a safe manner. This must be arranged by team leaders / coaches on each team. This means that equipment can be picked up, but WITHOUT the 2 teams of 10 people crossing each other. Those in the blue zone use the door in locker room 1 to get to the cage.
• The ice is to be divided into 2 sections. That is done by either using cones, tires, or ropes making a 2-meter zone between the 2 teams. This is for team leaders / coaches to make sure it is set up before the players go on ice.
• From today's until November 22, we have closed for new members.
Coaches, players, and parents are welcome to attend various training session during the day; it is a requirement that a single session must be completed before a new one starts. The different sessions must still not cross each other in locker rooms / in lobbies etc.
Playing games at the rink:
To be able to hold games, ONE PARENT / ADULT PER CHILD is allowed as a spectator. In order for us to have the opportunity for this, it is important that we all comply with the following guidelines.
For youth games: NO parents / ADULTS are welcome in the player entrance or changing rooms. The only ones who can be here are the 5 selected Per club. So 2 teams of 9 players & 5 adults incl. coaches. Each team can therefore have 23 people with, incl. coaches, team leaders and players. All persons in the speaker box must wear a facemask.
Until November 22, there will be no adult games.
To all teams at games:
Everyone must use hand sanitizer when they enter the rink.
Players must enter through the player entrance. Falcons have locker rooms 3 & 4 and the opposing team locker rooms 1 & 2. Everyone has to use hand sanitizer when they enter. If there are more than a total of 24 players per team, then those who do not get a place inside the locker room must suit up outside. There are 12 people per room. (Incl. Coaches and players)
Coaches, players, and parents are welcome to participate in various sessions of games groups. The training rules apply; i.e. one section (eg a U15 match) must be completed completely (in the locker room) before the next one begins.
Referees may judge 2 matches in a row (eg U9 and U11). One match must be completed completely (in the locker room) before the next one begins. four changing rooms available (two for each section), or that the players come dressed up and referred to which section they belong to. The players must not cross each other at any time.
Parents / Adults must use the main entrance. Everyone has to use hand sanitizer when entering. They are not allowed to enter the ice rink through the doors of the entrance hall. You have to go up the stairs to the left and through there out into the stands.
The parents / adults can ONLY stay in the stands, with a chair in between. Or in the foyer.
When the match is over, you must leave the rink through the same way as you entered. The rink must be emptied of parents / adults no later than 15 minutes after the end of the match.
You can not take showers.
locker rooms must be sprayed off after use.
If games and cups are to be held, then the above applies to both the youth teams and the Adult teams. In addition, we follow the DIU's guidelines for holding matches and cups. You can find them here: www.ishockey.dk/covid-19-retni...
We all need to use our common sense - even when the rules / guidelines may not seem particularly sensible.
If you have any questions about this, you are always welcome to contact Sara-Lisa, see contact information’s below.
If you have, or a family member has, symptoms of Covid-19, please stay home.
If you have tested positive for Covid-19 after staying in the rink, please contact Sara-Lisa immediately at [email protected] or by phone number 50228131.
And finally, remember to clean your hands with hand sanitizer when entering the rink, keep your distance, and take good care of each other!
